Session Drums review from Computer Music Mag

Session Drummer Laurie Jenkins has worked with artists such as Chaka Khan and Mint Royale, and it is he who provides the drumloops for this collection.

The Jenkster lays down a variety of drum grooves ranging in tempo from 65 to 160bpm; these are well played and recorded, offering more rhythmic variety than other collections of this type. Plus, you get a few folders of one shots.

There's nothing revolutionary about Session Drums, but if you need well played backing rhythms, then its sensible price and wide range of tempo and styles make it definetly worth considering!

8/10
