RAY KEITH is one of the original drum and bass pioneers and has been on the scene for over 15 years. Devotees of the scene will know and love Ray Keith’s Dread Recordings label, and the sounds on offer in this sample pack have been deliberately selected to pay homage to all things dread. Loopmasters have returned to their drum and bass roots with the Original Jungle Drum & Bass Vol.1, and this sample pack features some of the original drum and bass style sounds that forged the scene way back when tracks like ‘Terrorist’ were smashing apart dancefloors nationwide. Expect dark samples and breaks, quick fire beats, deep sub basses, rave style FX, haunting pads and ghostly melodies.
The genre of this pack isn’t limited to true aficionados of the classic drum and bass sound – loads of fidget house cats are dropping junglist segments into their tracks at the minute – making this the perfect kit for producers thinking outside the box.
The samples are delivered in a variety of formats and also supplied are separate drum hits for the producer to create their own drum loops.
