Computer Music Review: Atjazz Deep & Analogue

While Atjazz’s speciality of ‘jazzy UK deep house’ might be a tad niche, the ‘deep and analogue’ part of the title tells you what you need to know about this pack. Using only analogue kit and hardware samplers, each of the 258 loops and 143 one-shots have plenty of top-end sheen and low-end power, with Rhodes chords and bass loops particularly impressing us. There are plenty of tight claps and kicks, too. It’s a modest collection, but it will fit the glove for everything from DnB to classic house.

Verdict: 8/10
