Wusik Magazine Review: Minimal Underground Techno
This 450MB+ release from Loopmasters is based around samples programmed by Marc Adamo. As the name suggest, Minimal Underground Techno is a set of high-quality samples geared for producers of dance music. It includes drums, bass, kick-free loops, kick-only loops, FX, synth, FX hits and an assortment of single drum hits.
All popular sample formats are covered in this collection as well as patches for major soft samplers. Most of the samples were created using analog machines and the result is warm and punchy. They are well processed and the synth loops have a nice sheen on top, the drums are punchy and the uses of creative effects processing is gorgeous.
