Wusik Magazine Review: SFX Collection by Wave Alchemy
Last but not the least this month and the third effects library reviewed, is Wave Alchemy's SFX Collection Vol. 1. This sample pack is a collection of cutting edge effect sounds that includes textures, impacts, stabs and acid hits, sweeps & drones, short FX and hits, cymbal FX, downlifters and uplifters.
With 1.5GB of 24-bit samples, there is plenty of material to inject into your productions. The use of vintage and new equipment and high-end tools such as the Eventide H3000 and Sherman Filterback really help to make SFX Collection sound fresh and very polished with a good fidelity. The samples tend to lend themselves to electronica, game, TV and film music.
