Hot on the heels of the marvellous Iconical Vocal Acapellas Vol 1 comes the second volume - a most welcome collection indeed.
This set of royalty-free full vocal acapellas from Iconical Music features the vocal talents of several excellent from electro pop to rock and dance to breakbeat.
You can even timestretch the vox without destruction to fit slower or faster tempos - the choice is yours.
They are crystal clear, tuneful, in a good variety of keys and tempos and make a refreshing change from run-of-the-mill phrases and glitch vox which seem to be ten a penny nowadays.
There is also a good mix of female and male vocals - and the icing on the cake is that there are verses, chorus lines, bridges and backing tracks - so you'll have no excuse not to turn out a banging, ear-pleasing track.
As I've mentioned many times before, it's easy to spend ages trawling the web to find some decent vocals but you always tend to end up disappointed so it's fantastic to see that Loopmasters have filled the void - and with great aplomb.
The pack can be bought as a whole, or tracks can be purchased separately with included Dry and Wet stems for maximum flexibility.
Iconical Vocal Acapellas Vol. 2 weighs in at 340MB, and includes 111 vocal stems in 24 Bit, and covering BPms between 105 to 128 BPM. The tracks include Barricade which includes 16 dry loops and 17 Wet versions; Crying Game includes 14 Dry Loops and 14 Wet; Going Underground includes 9 Wet and 7 Dry Loops; I'm On Fire includes 8 Dry Loops and 8 Wet FX Versions - and The Sweetest Sin includes 5 Dry Loops and 5 Wet, plus you also get an additional bonus folder with various shorter phrases and song ideas.
Equipment used by the singers include a Rode K2 with a retro fitted Electroharmonix tube, a Broadhurst Gardens Mic channel and a UAD quad core card. When selecting the appropriate version for your requirements the Zip (Main) format includes Acidised Wav and Rex2 Loops - all single (non-looping) sounds and Sampler Patches for Kontakt, Halion, NNXT, EXS24 soft samplers. Reason Refill, Ableton Live Packs and Apple Loops are not included, and must be purchased where available as a separate downloads. Apple Loops packs also include any single hits and EXS patches where applicable.
