Future Music Review: Progressive Tech House
A real hotbed of tight, effect-free drums and basses that sound full and fat with no fiddly effects work required. The results are always upfront and alive and the synth sounds-evolving filtered pad stabs, quirky wiggly riffs and leads-complement the rhythm elements nicely.
At 696MB, all basses (literally) are covered (alongside synths, drums and FX) and it’s possibly the only pack on offer this month that you could bend to a variety of different styles, and construct an entire track without sounding strained.
It’s commercial without being brazen, useful without being familiar. A fresh, state-of-the-art sample set
