I have to change my password every time I log in

If you experience this problem, that means you have not activated your account. Registration at Loopmasters.com is a two-step process.

When you registered for the first time you were sent an email with an activation link with "Please activate your new account" as the subject. Clicking that link completes the registration process and makes you an active user. Please check your spam filter for that activation email if you have not found it in your Inbox. 

If you do not have that email for some reason, contact us and we will activate your account for you. Please state your user name and email addres in your message.

Also - please remember to log in using your user name, NOT your email address.
