Referencing the genre-defining likes of Marshall Jefferson and Frankie Knuckles, and rolling along at 124bpm, UNDRGRND's latest kicks off with a generous 46 stemmed drum loops (230 files), all made using the requisite vintage drum machines. The synth basses are simple but effective, and the Korg M1 features prominently again in the small but groovy collection of chord, pad, piano and synth lines. The source MIDI files are included, too, with a sizeable set of drum and percussion hits. It all adds up to a solid library for makers of all house flavours.
