With a stream of releases on labels such as Bad Taste, RAM, Visions and more under his belt, d'n'b producer Malux brings his tech-driven sound-design skills to Loopmasters. There are about 80 loops and about 140 one-shots here, available in a range of formats. They cover tight drum and percussion loops, deep cinematic pads, upfront synth stabs, aggressive neuro-basses, and twisted effects. There are 70 patches for playing the hits in your sampler of choice too. The production is excellent throughout, with plenty of movement and powerful processing. Overall, it's an interesting mix that combines loud and growling synth work with some thoughtful and tech-inspired chords and patterns. There's plenty of creativity on show, as well as bread-and-butter loops.
