This sample library from Blind Audio is geared for the creation of classic 80s synthpop, retrowave, synthwave and all sorts of electronica with a rustic twist. Retrowave VHS Pop was created for Blind Audio by Stefan Binkele using various collections of sound sources including classic analog and digital synths, real-world instruments and high-quality field recordings. The result is a collection of samples that floats between modern retro and DIY-infused vibe. Weighing in at 367 MB (compressed file), Retrowave VHS Pop brings you plenty of samples to start on your new projects or use them to augment to your already existing ones. The loops in this pack were rendered at 100 BPM and in the key of D#m. The one-shot samples are recorded at the note C for ease of use and flexibility. All audio files are recorded in 44.1 kHz/24 bit sample rate. I love the sound of this pack as it has its own character. Analogue saturation, overdrive, distortion and lo-fi effects were used to process the samples, but you could always compile and shape them further as you see fit. Overall, a nicely recorded pack.
