Slasher Game from SFX Tools is a very gory collection of effects sounds. The 103 files are delivered in industry standard 24 bit/96 kHz and weighs in at just 103 MB. If you think about it, 103 MB is not big, but this pack is full of surprising effect sounds. The well-designed sounds include gory actions slices, splatters, stabs, rips and bone breaks. A number of UI sounds and miscellaneous effects are also at hand if you need them. Slasher Game is not for the faint of heart. SFX Tools have conjured up sounds that are very violent, gruesome and evil. It’s perfect for suspense, thriller and horror scene that requires impact, fright and tension. It’s not particularly for dark ambient and experimental noise producers, but this is an interesting source library for slasher games, horror games, console game, horror movies, motion graphics or any other audio projects requiring high definition effects. Good stuff.
