Bass house lives or dies on impact. The kick and bass have to land as one punch, the stabs need to cut through like they’ve got somewhere to be, and the groove has to keep pulling the crowd forward. Getting all of that to line up from an empty project is where a lot of good ideas stall out.

Bass House Virus is 1.76GB of that energy, built into 10 song starters inspired by the producers who made this genre what it is: Julian Jordan, AC Slater, Knock2, Joyride, Matroda and others. Fair warning, it spreads fast once it gets into your sessions.

Every construction kit is a full arsenal on its own. Each one comes with a breakdown and a drop, then gets split into loops, one shots, midi and synth presets. We held nothing back. That includes 87 Serum 2 presets with the exact sounds used to build these kits, so when a bass or stab grabs you, you can open it up, see how it was made and push it somewhere new.

Inside you’ll find tight drum loops, saucy vocal chops, nasty bass workouts and the heavy synth stabs that sit at the core of this sound. Add complextro-style riffs, stutter grooves and syncopation that keeps the floor guessing, then flute and piano loops and rapped vocals that take bass house somewhere it doesn’t usually go. Take what you need and make it yours.

A word on the vocals. We originally built these song starters as instrumentals. Once we heard them with vocals on top, it was obvious how much harder they hit, so we kept them in for context. Use them as a guide inside the kits, or dig into the bonus vocals folder and put them to work in your own tracks.

About the vocals: HY2ROGEN wrote the lyrics and melodies and recorded the performances for this pack. Those recordings were then processed using licensed AI voice models to arrive at the final vocal character you hear in the kits. This is human-authored, human-performed material with AI applied as a processing tool, not AI-generated content built from a prompt. All vocals are royalty-free and cleared for commercial use in your tracks.

What you get is 1.76GB of content served up as 1066 total files comprised of 867 WAV files (one shots, drum loops, bass loops, synth loops, vocal loops, sound effects), 94 MIDI files (bass, synths) and 12 Sampler Patches (EXS, Kontakt). Everything is key and tempo (128-136 bpm) labelled where applicable and the audio files are delivered at a quality of 24bit 44.1Khz. The content has been exported as 1-8 bars long along with dry & wet versions where applicable, as this has been our tradition for many years and we think it keeps the door open for more flexibility.

Please note: The audio demo has been processed to sound loud, compressed and uniform. The individual sounds do not contain the same level of heavy processing and have been left as clean as possible to find their way into any project. All of the sounds presented in the audio demo are available in this sample pack.
