Shapes is no stranger to anyone who’s into their UK bass music. The heavyweight #GASMinimix video mixes propelled Shapes into the spotlight back in 2016, showcasing the surgical skills that have earned high profile bookings around Europe. It wasn’t long before Shapes was producing some of the biggest bassline and bass house bootlegs of recent times, including ‘KMT’, ‘Gammy Elbow’, ’Neighbourhood’, ’Timewarp’ & ‘No Problem’, culminating with the all-conquering official remix of TC’s drum & bass anthem ‘Tap Ho’, included on the scene snapshot ‘Pure Bassline Anthems’ mixed by DJ Q & Jamie Duggan. Fast forward to the end of 2018 and Shapes has regularly released original music on UK bass music legend DJ Zinc’s Bingo Bass and home-grown international sensation Circus Records. ‘Mumbai Silence’, ‘Waiting’ and the collaborations ‘Cold Individual’ with Doctor P, ‘Desires’ with Ephwurd and ‘Leave Me’ with Barely Royal have all seen wide support from Skepsis, Holy Goof, Ephwurd, JAUZ, Notion and countless more, bass institution UKF even choosing two Shapes productions for their ‘Bass Culture 4’ compilation. Armed with exclusive tunes and bass weapons, quick-fire mixing, tricks and double drops mixed live over 4 decks, Shapes will bring the energy to any venue. Shapes are well known for causing a ruckus wherever he goes and with a huge stack of unreleased music still to come in 2019, it looks like there's no stopping

  • Love these string samples so much. If you're looking for strings to provide that emotional layer to your productions then look no further than these. I find myself digging through these samples very often when I'm looking to compliment a vocal or topline, and the way the samples come either grouped or cut in to hundreds of individual recordings is perfect - you can always find the right sample for the mood you're trying to set. Would highly reccomend!

    Deep Melodic Vocals

    Rating: 8/10

Really nice sample pack full of usable samples, and it has you covered if you want full acapellas or one-shots. High quality recordings, and good vocalists. The glitches are also really nice, and can help transition in heavy electronic music. The processing on the vocals is also good, but it does also come with dry vocals. Would definitely recommend!

I've used these one way or another 3 or 4 times in 3 or 4 different tunes now. These are really cool vocals. More than usable across a number of different styles of music. I personally chopped and pitched these vocals to use as additional BVs, but there's plenty of top lines in there that could stand alone if you wanted them to! Definitely would recommend this vocal pack.
