Chilled Italian producer and label owner Alessandro Oliviero (aka Monodeluxe) strips everything back to the essentials for this masterful 1.6GB collection of tastefully saturated house sounds. The 65 drum loops (no stems - why is that refreshing?) are richly varied in their attitude and sonic colours, while the accompanying hi-hat and percussion loops are great for mixing and matching. The bass loops are 'classic' and to-the-point, the synths range from spiky and abrasive to warm and mellow, and the 20 electric piano lines are a very welcome inclusion.
