Keeping the original work coming, Adam was approached by deadmau5 to remix his single Alone With You. The project was completed and described as Adam's best work to date - early support from Pete Tong, Sasha and Laurent Garnier is testament to his superlative production skills. ?Adam's follow up on PH Zero was 'How Pretentious' and support was unprecedented. The track was played by Pete Tong, Dubfire, Deadmau5, John Digweed, Mark Knight, Nic Fanciulli, and every other major a-list DJ, and Adam was suddenly inundated with remix offers from the biggest labels in the industry. ?Since then Adam has released a new EP on Deadmau5' very own Mau5trap Records, which gathered amazing support across Europe and in the States. January 2009 saw the release of Adam Shaw's Far Cry EP on arguably the leading UK dance label Toolroom records. High profile gigs this year include Matter at the o2 arena, Toolroom Knights at Ministry of Sound and Air in Birmingham.

  • Amazing pack from one of the leaders of Melodic House. I've been a big for of Rodriguez Jr for a while so this one was a pleasant surprise. Some beautiful sounds here and very useable creative melodies for inspiration. Some really nice dark reece basses in here too. The drum kits are also super fun to use, I rate this one highly!

A wholly original sample pack that is not to be missed! The sound quality here is fantastic, there's great loops here to get you inspired, unusual stabs, quirky leads and stomping techno grooves, I found this to be a really great collection of sounds. The multi samples contained within are also of a really high quality and very usable, and am sure they will translate from tech house to techno.

Very useable cool and creative loops in Max's signature style. Particularly impressive Tops and basslines which will be sure to inspire your own productions. Perc loops and effects are also great, top notch production all round.

Fans of this band will find a lot to love in this pack. Some lovely music loops here - great melodies, detuned and gritty, a lot of what we've come to expect from Maribou State. What I found most interesting about the pack is their use of field recordings, using household objects to create hits and drum parts, which im guessing is part of how they create their unique sound! I didn't find it all entirely useable, but gives it a great insight into some very creative minds.

I'm a big fan of Dave Seaman's productions and it's good to see some of his sound has been encapsulated into this pack, though I think it has crossover potential to be used in both prog and tech house. Some fantastic sounding synths and useable drum kits included here which are expertly crafted. There's also some weird and wonderful synth loops included which can be used creatively, and the drum loops are nice and snappy. All round great pack.

Drum n Bass is not my usual fortay, however i wanted to think outside the box a bit to find some usual sounds. some great sonic arsenal here, from deep grimey bass to kooky and cool synth hits.

    Synth Explorer - DX83

    Rating: 7/10

Some nice retro sounds here - if you liked the Netlifx series Stranger Things you'll love what this has to offer. Useful odd pads and certain arps to give your music a detuned 80s feel.

    Modern Techno

    Rating: 9/10

Awesome very useable techno kit. It's hard to find decent, proper techno packs and this one ticks all the boxes!

Really cool useable drum hits, nice loops, and great taster of the raw swinging flavour we've come to expect from Darius. Nice!

    Naked Techno

    Rating: 8/10

very good, very useable elements and good for inspiration.

As always top quality stuff from SampleState. Very usable top loops and cool vocal shots

An all round brilliant package, Hector shows us what he's all about in this new sample pack by the ever reliable Samplestate. There's some awe inspiring and insanely useful music and drum loops... My favourite part is the chords, which are extremely on point for the current deep house sound.

    Warehouse Deep

    Rating: 9/10

Top quality stuff, especially useful if you're looking for some raw and techy stabs. Also brilliant in the bass section, an all-round top quality package but the stabs I've found really handy.

Some nice sharp bass presets that really utilize Massive to its fullest extent - suprisingly useable for Tech House stuff.

    Bass Line - The Sequel

    Rating: 10/10

Fantastic pack, will the reliable content quality one has come to expect from 5pin. Especially useful if you're looking for a flavour of those old-skool synthesizers from yesteryear that are hard to replicate with soft synths. Phat, deep analogue rich bass that is sure to satisfy an array of genres.

Great collection of both audio and midi. I especially like the "jam" pack which allows you to get stuck in straight away in a Live set with the instruments. Very authentic and useful set of sounds if you are looking for contemporary Bass House stuff - awesome.

Some lovely tonal percussion here, great especially for spicing up your house tracks with some tribalism in that Viva/Steve Lawler way. A nice addition to making your tracks sound fuller faster.

awesome synths and FX, pretty much got everything you would want in here for that "UK House" sound.

Cool pack, well produced, nice FX. Stuff to be played with here that incorporates the Sante sound.

    Main Room Deep House

    Rating: 9/10

Fantastic pack that includes a large variety of genuinely decent sounds. There's a lot here to get inspired by and will satisfy anyone looking for some proper upfront deep stuff - highly recommended!

  • Excellent drum samples and chord sounds for Deep House business. Great to hear some stuff from such a great producer.

Crisp, professional samples as we have come to expect from Hauswerks. Nice diversity and unique set of sounds - recommended.

This has got Steve's sound all over it! Bold, raw house grooves, creative, jacking and analogue are all sounds I would use to explain this sample pack. Great package by a great artist.

lovely selection of sounds covering most bases of a high quality - great FX stabs from Inland Knights, percussion from Timo Mass, pads from Jody Wisternoff... a nice flavour of what Loopmasters are all about.

Some really cool disco loops, one hits and quirky samples for inspiration. There is a lot of ground covered here in terms of song tempo, which allows a surprising amount of variety and uses to this pack. Sound quality is also great.

A fantastic sample pack - well constructed, easy to use and includes some top-quality sounds. This is especially useful if you're an Ableton user as everything is laid out in the familiar Live format; allowing you to cycle through all the individual drum parts with the use of just one rack. Plus the synths just sound brilliant. Well thought out - highly recommended.

Really feeling the bass/synth loops in here, drums are great too, nice to get some inspiration if you are looking for a Deeper sound. My fave though is the bass sampler patches - phat and sound great when scaling. An all round nice package
